Refunds
When and how purchased minutes are refunded.

Unused minutes from a pack are refundable on simple request within 14 days of purchase. Write to us from the Contact page (“Billing” category) stating the account’s email address; the refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days.
Used minutes
A used minute corresponds to a delivered dub: it is not refundable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (digital content supplied with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period). A dub that fails does not use any minutes. If a delivered dub has a technical defect attributable to us, contact us: we will redo it or re-credit the minutes.
Subscriptions
A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Billing area; it remains active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed thereafter. Minutes for the current period remain usable until that date.
Free trial
Trial minutes are provided free of charge: they do not give rise to any refund.
