Who operates the service

MadeinVox is operated by Ulamna LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). Full details are set out in the Legal notice.

Account and workspace

You are responsible for your account information and for the members you invite to your workspace. Roles grant different levels of access to projects and settings.

Content and permissions

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights in the videos, audio, translations and voices you submit, and that you have obtained the consent of the people whose voice is reproduced (your own, or that of the people speaking in your videos). You confirm this in the studio before any dub with a reproduced voice (see Voice consent). The fact that a media item is publicly visible does not constitute permission to modify it, reproduce its voice or distribute it.

Do not import content that infringes another person’s rights or breaches the acceptable use policy.

Sign-in with Google and YouTube features

You can sign in with your Google account and link your YouTube channel. By using the YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge that Google processes your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). MadeinVox reads only your channel information and the list of your videos, on a read-only basis; the use of this data is described in our Privacy policy.

Dubbing minutes

One dubbing minute corresponds to one minute of video dubbed into one language: a 10-minute video dubbed into 2 languages uses 20 minutes. Minutes are deducted only when a dub is completed successfully; a dub that fails costs you nothing. Starting a dub requires a confirmed email address and a sufficient balance. Purchase terms are detailed in the Terms of sale.

Free trial

Once your email address is confirmed, trial minutes are credited once per mailbox (the number is shown on the Pricing page). The trial is limited to 3 projects, 2 languages per project and videos of 5 minutes at most; your videos are kept for 7 days (see Video retention).

As long as you have not bought anything, the videos and audio files you download carry the MadeinVox logo, which moves around the picture, and a soft chime every 20 seconds. These marks disappear with your first purchase, including on dubs you have already made.

Trial minutes have no monetary value, are neither refundable nor transferable, and may be withdrawn in the event of abuse (multiple accounts, disposable addresses).

Video retention

A project’s videos (imported file, separated tracks, generated voices, dubs, edits, logos) are kept for a period that depends on your plan, counted from the last completed dub. Current periods: 7 days with the free trial, 30 days with Créateur, pay-as-you-go minutes and Pack 45, 90 days with Pro, Pack 160 and Pack 550, 180 days with Studio. This period is frozen at each delivered dub and never becomes shorter if you change plan; a plan with a longer period lengthens it. Projects created before October 21, 2026 keep 30 days.

After that, the files are permanently deleted. Download your versions beforehand: a countdown is shown on each project and an email notifies you within the 24 hours beforehand; deletion waits for that email, for 7 days at most. The project remains in your workspace with its transcript and translations; a new dub requires importing the video again. If you delete a project, its files, transcript and translations are deleted at once.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and to ensure dubs are completed, without any guarantee as to timing. Maintenance may briefly interrupt the service; an interrupted dub resumes without charging you again for voices already produced.
