How minutes are counted
One minute of dubbing = one minute of video in one language. A 10-minute video dubbed into English and Spanish uses 20 minutes.
- Minutes are reserved at launch and deducted only when the dub succeeds.
- A dub that fails uses nothing.
- Downloading a version again uses nothing.
Three ways to top up
In « Minutes et abonnement » (Minutes and subscription):
- Pay-per-minute top-up: choose from 5 to 500 minutes, with no commitment.
- Minute packs: a discounted volume, valid for 12 months.
- Subscriptions: minutes every month, with 2 months free on annual billing.
Payment
Payment is by card via Stripe. Minutes are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed. « Reçus et abonnement » (Receipts and subscription) opens your invoices and lets you change or cancel your subscription.
Only the workspace owner and managers can buy minutes.
Refunds
Unused minutes are refundable for 14 days after purchase, on simple request from the Contact page.
