Video retention and deletion
How long your videos stay available and how to get a reminder.

30 days after dubbing
A project's source and dubbed versions are kept for 30 days after its last dub ends, then deleted from our servers. Your files are not stored indefinitely: this also protects your content.
Countdown and reminder
Each project shows « Vidéos supprimées dans … » (Videos deleted in …) with the exact date, which turns orange on the last day. An email reminds you 24 hours before deletion.
After deletion
The project stays in your list with its history, marked « Vidéos supprimées » (Videos deleted). For a new dub, import the video again.
