Start dubbing and follow progress

The processing steps, the queue, the email alert and what to do if dubbing stops.

Starting

When automatic dubbing is on, it starts by itself as soon as the transcript is ready. Otherwise, click « Lancer le doublage » (Start dubbing) in the project.

The steps shown

The project card shows the current step and the estimated time remaining:

  • Source import, voice / background separation, transcription.
  • Translation and review.
  • Voice creation.
  • Background mixing, video rendering and quality check.

The queue

The studio dubs several videos in parallel. At busy times, a project may show « Doublage en file d’attente » (Dubbing queued): it starts automatically as soon as a slot frees up, with nothing to do on your side.

Getting notified

Click « Me prévenir » (Notify me) in the project (or tick the option when creating it): you get an email when your versions are ready. You can close the page while processing runs.

If dubbing stops

The card shows « Le doublage s’est arrêté » (Dubbing has stopped) with the reason.

  • Not enough minutes: top up in « Minutes et abonnement » (Minutes and subscription), then « Relancer le doublage » (Restart dubbing).
  • Email not confirmed: open the confirmation link.
  • Source to check (sound too quiet, language not recognised): the owner can accept the flagged issues and start dubbing anyway.
